The testimony of Faik Martinaj, Ervis Martinaj's uncle, to the police of Lezhë District regarding the disappearance of his nephew has been disclosed.

He stated that he was informed by a person from Puka, who according to him does not live in Albania, that he has lost contact with Ervis Martinaj. According to him, the family has doubts that something bad has happened to the much sought after justice.

Faik Martinaj's testimony to the Police according to News24:

"Regarding my nephew, my brother's son, Ervis Martinaj, who was declared wanted by the Special Prosecutor's Office against crime yesterday around 10:00 p.m., we were informed by a relative of ours, that for security reasons I do not want to mention his name , who is not in Albania, but is from Puka, informed me that Ervis has disappeared and had no contact with him. I want to emphasize that since Ervisi's nephew was declared wanted, I have not had any contact with him directly or on the phone, but only through relatives. As a family, we have doubts that something bad may have happened to Ervis from criminal groups that seek to eliminate him. We have waited until today to have any contact with nephew Ervis, but we have not been able to contact him and we do not have any information about his location and condition.
Today at lunch around 12 o'clock, worried about the condition of nephew Ervis, I informed the police officer of Kurbin Pjeter Tuci police station about what I said above".
