A serious event was registered yesterday evening in district no. 1 of the city of Saranda. 

A 4-year-old child with the initials ZO came into contact with the electric current while playing with his friends.

He was urgently sent to the hospital, where it is learned that he left without signs of life, since the contact with the electric current had caused cardiac arrest.

The commitment of doctors Besnik Shabanaj, anesthesiologist Ptolem Peta and pediatrician Mejborna Gjata, made the child escape death.

According to hospital sources in Saranda, the child is currently out of any danger to life.
