Ervis Martinaj

Journalist Klodiana Lala has given new details from the denunciation of Ervis Martinaj's family to the police of Kurbin for the latter's disappearance.

The journalist claims that the strongest track from the State Police remains that of staging the event, while the possibility that we are dealing with a criminal event is not excluded.

She informs that a large number of police officers have been engaged in connection with the case, who are interrogating people who may have had contact with Martinaj in the area of Durrës, Fushë-Kruja and the suburbs of Tirana.

"The police have the strongest track of staging. It does not exclude the fact that he may be facing a criminal event. The police are dealing with a rare event, it is the first time in Albania that family members declare the loss of contact with a person declared internationally wanted, so far the police is discussing how to record this event.

A large number of police officers are being engaged in connection with this case, as well as people who may have had contact with Ervis Martinaj, even though he is at large, are being interrogated. The people questioned are on the outskirts of Tirana, in the area of Fushë-Kruja, but also in the area of Durrës", said Lala to News24.
