The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Dhimitër Lara, today, 07.05.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 141 act, date 25.06.2024 registration, on the appeal of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, with object: "Appeal against decision no. 238, dated 06.06.2024 of the Special Court of the First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime", for citizens under investigation NS, disposed of in the case of personal security measures, and decided:

• Change of decision no. 238, dated 06.06.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, for the investigator zNS, ordering:

• Continuation of the implementation of the coercive personal security measure of "prison arrest" for the investigator Mr. NS, designated by decision no. 134, dated 07.12.2023, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, according to articles 28, 248, 334 of the Criminal Code.
