Accused of the Lushnja massacre, the GJKKO leaves in force the measure

The Special Court has decided to continue the security measures "prison arrest" for Laert Haxhiu, sentenced to life imprisonment in the first degree for the "Lushnje Massacre", an event recorded in September 2017 and for other events in it which included the 32-year-old, according to the testimony of the repentant justice Artan Tafani.

The hearings at the GJKKO were held separately, while Haxhiu himself and his defense lawyer have maintained a negative stance regarding the Lushnje incident and Tafani's testimony, where they claim they have no acquaintance at all.
