The Special Court has withdrawn its decision on the request for a summary trial for the Fier incinerator, as during the session the black squads decided to overturn the request of the work supervisor Arben Dervishaj and Regan Merdani for the declaration of incompetence by this Court.

The request to declare the acts invalid and separate them from the defendant Arenc Myrtezani was also dismissed.

Also, the request of a level bank to be a party to the process was not accepted. Lefter Koka and Alqi Blako were also present at the session.
