Lulzim Caka, otherwise known as the "terrible of Berat", is accused of many criminal events, as he has been free since 2019, after miscalculations from prison.

Ilir Ngresi and Gani Malushi have killed several boys. They were both collaborators. They were criminals not me. Kastriot Jaupi is not a criminal either. Also for the murder of his mother Lulzim Caka accuses Ilir Ngresi and his brother as perpetrators of the crime, as he shows an episode that Ngresi put a pistol to his head in the courtroom, but was stopped by Judge Adelina Zaka to vriste.

He accuses her of being an accomplice in the crime of his mother and Judge Adelina Zaka, and reveals that she has now spoken to him on the phone and she has apologized, while expressing her readiness to speak before justice. He says he does not forgive the blood of Judge Adelina Zaka's mother.

Also, Lulzim Caka states that Ilir Ngresi's brother is Ilir Ngresi is today a member of the High Court.

Të më marri mua nënën Ilir Ngresi me gjithë Bledi Zeirin dhe me Mile Çamin këta minj. Por, këta janë minj për mua. Të vijë Ilir Ngresi të marri nënën time në komisariat dhe ta pushkatojë në Seman. E akuzoj Ilir Ngresin dhe të vëllain e Ilir Ngresit që sot ai është bërë anëtar i Gjykatës së Lartë. Ku ka shtet në Shqipëri? Si funksionon shteti që vëllain e vrasësit të mamasë i ka bërë shantazh Gjykatës së Lartë që më ka sulmuar në të gjitha kohërat edhe kur dilja me leje. Ai më ka borxh mua, unë nuk i kam borxh atija. Ilir Ngresi më ka vënë pistoletën në sallë të gjyqit dhe gjyqtarja Adelina Zaka i tha unë grup i gatshëm, ti do vrasësh Lulin, unë do të vras ty i tha. E kam sjellë unë Lulin këtu tha dhe unë e mbaj përgjegjësinë. I tha Adelina e njeh ti kush është ky, jo ti hidhte prangat, se nuk lejohet në sallën e gjyqit ti vesh tjetrit pistoletën në kokë. Do të vras, siç të vrava nënë tha, kishte gjë më të keqe. Adelina është bashkëpunëtore me ta.
