Lulzim Caka, otherwise known as the "terrible of Berat", is accused of many criminal events, as he has been free since 2019, after miscalculations from prison.

He is currently in Greece and is internationally wanted. Albania requests him with Interpol, but the Greek court has considered Albania's request wrong and refuses to extradite him. Lulzim Caka currently has only the Greek state as an oasis, if he passes to any other state he is arrested. His deeds are numerous.

Today he spoke about his escape and found out how he managed to escape from the Fier prison many years ago. Lulzim Caka stated that he escaped, after his father told him this in a dream.

"My father came out in a dream and told me to get up and go home. I told him I was in jail. Told me take these two horses and run home. When I cut the irons, without anyone’s help, I did it with my skill. No policeman is to blame, I left him asleep. "Even in the mountains when I went I found 3 horses and I escaped" , he said during a TV interview.
