The Director of Taxes and Taxes in the municipality of Vlora, Anjeza Shikos, had her car burned last evening around 10:15 p.m., in a garage in the "Old Beach" area.

The car is owned by the father of the Director of Taxes, Muhamet Çota, but was used by his daughter.

Regarding the incident, the police say that they have escorted some suspects to the police station and that they are working to clarify the circumstances of the incident and determine the cause of the fire.

"Yesterday evening, in the neighborhood "1 Maji", Vlorë, there was a fire and a "Volksëagen" type vehicle was burnt, owned by the citizen A. Sh., resident in Vlorë (employee of the municipality of Vlorë). The Police Services have escorted to the Police Station, some citizens suspected of the incident. The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event and determine the cause of the fire, the police announced.
