Altin Meçaj, the 46-year-old man who was raped by a police officer who allegedly harassed his sister, has told his version of the incident.
In an interview with News 24, the 46-year-old says he had made a complimentary comment to the officer's sister, whose family he knew as they are from the same village.
He says there was no malicious intent, but simply a compliment to her achievements.
"I returned for the end-of-year holidays on December 19-20 and I was going to stay this week because it's bad weather in Germany."
I've been divorced for 8 years and have three grown children and in that regard how things came to this event, despite me 'liking' her, she's a country girl. I don't believe I made a mistake to end up here.
I believe the girl is over 30 years old. The lady is married and has a wonderful family. She has opened her own page and I have made a few likes and a comment there, with the idea that bravo, you have come a long way in life.
I haven't even met this chick in years, I just know her. I don't understand how they got to this point and her brother had the audacity to beat me to death.
"As far as I know, she is married and lives in Italy, I am in Germany and we have no relationship. I have had no relationship or harassment, it has never crossed my mind," the 46-year-old said on the show "With an Open Heart".
