Today the authorities extradited from Albania to Italy the Albanian citizen Mërgim Lazri, 27 years old, from Dibra, who is accused of murdering an Italian architect.

This citizen has been declared an international wanted by the Italian authorities, after the Court of Turin/Italy has imposed the security measure of arrest and imprisonment, for committing the criminal offenses "Robbery with a weapon, Murder" provided by the Italian Penal Code.

Summary of the event:

On 09.06.2021, this citizen together with citizens Emirjon MARGJINI, currently in prison in Italy, and other persons entered the house of citizen Roberto MOTTURA located in Turin, Italy, to take the Italian citizen hostage. After the alarm system was activated, "MOTTURA approached to see what was happening, he was shot by the citizen Mergim LAZRI.
