They are suspected of having benefited from criminal activity.

A multitude of properties, including residential buildings and land, as well as cars, have been seized from a 45-year-old man from Gjirokastra.

The property seizure operation was carried out by the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section in Gjirokastra, in cooperation with the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets.

"The assets of citizen KB, alias SB, and his family members have been seized, suspected of participating in a group involved in drug trafficking activities," the police explain.

Seized property:

-Local bar-cafe and four-story hotel, in the "18 shtatori" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the type two-story building + attic, with an area of ​​393.3 m2, with a construction area of ​​131.1 m2, in the village of Valare, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the type two-story building with a building area of ​​235 m2, in the village of Valare, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the type of land (car service), with a surface area of ​​1216 m2, with a construction surface area of ​​276 m2, in the "Grehot" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the building type (premises) with a surface area of ​​30 m2, in the "Grehot" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-1 vehicle type “Audi Q7”

Eight vehicles owned by the 45-year-old and his family members have also been seized, while efforts are underway to locate them.
