For lawyer Maks Haxhia, Saimir Tahir's future is towards innocence.

According to him, Tahir has not yet been informed of what he has misused in his duties.

"The future of Saimir Tahiri is innocent. He has been one of the best ministers who is a sin to end up in prison, considering the contribution he made. We remember how he found the police and order and how he did it," said Maks Haxhia.

According to the lawyer, Tahiri will be released if the Supreme Court appeals the decision for former minister Tahiri.

"To say abuse of duty. Or that the ministry's cows die and you put the minister in jail. We are in the High Court waiting for the appeal. We submitted a procedural violation that the decision is returned to the Appeal. This causes him to be released.
