The Administrative Court has decided to reinstate the Secretary General of the Municipality of Tirana , declaring the dismissal orders absolutely invalid.

The dismissal was carried out in flagrant violation of the law, constituting a serious violation of legal and procedural standards.

The court decision has immediate effect and is mandatory for implementation, fully restoring the previous legal situation.

The former Secretary General, Alban Dokushi , is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of jurisprudence and has held a number of important positions in public administration, being recognized for his professionalism and institutional integrity.

This decision constitutes another clear precedent in defense of legality and the rule of law in public administration.

After the decision, Alban Dokushi reacted to TopNews : " Following the decision of the Constitutional Court to reinstate the elected political leader of the Municipality of Tirana, Mr. Erion Veliaj, the decision of the Administrative Court also reinstates the head of the Municipality's administration. In this perspective, the courts have corrected and reversed the serious legal violations committed in an attempt to remove the political and administrative leaders of the Municipality of Tirana in violation of the law ."
