GJKKO postpones the session for the assessment of security measures against
Safet Bajri

This morning, a hearing was scheduled to be held at the Special Court for the security measure for Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Asmer Bilali.

Even though two hours have passed, the session has not yet started.

The reason for this seems to be the judge who will review the case.

Initially, the case was assigned to Judge Etleva Deda, but since she was abroad, it was transferred to Judge Irena Gjoka.

With the return of Judge Deda, the case has been reassigned to her for review.

We recall that Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Asmer Bilali are accused of the murder of Fatbardh Lici in August 2018 in Shkodra and of participating in a structured criminal group.
