GJKKO accepts the request for summary judgment for Thoma Gëllçi

The Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has accepted the request of SPAK for summary judgment for the former director of ART, Thoma Gëllçi and his 2 subordinates Julian Tapia, Ervin Murja, who are accused of abusing the tender for ' Rtsh Agro '. Meanwhile, for Alban Malaveci, he is wanted, after he left for Italy, before the SPAK operation.

A tender on the Albanian Radio Television signed in November 2018 for 'RTSH Agro', led to the handcuffing of the former director of RTSH, Thoma Gëllçi and 3 officials of this television.

SPAK made their arrest.

It is about the tender for the purchase of equipment for the RTSH Agro channel with a value of 86. 908 550, 00 ALL (excluding VAT), approximately 1 million dollars with VAT.

ART officials were arrested in early October, following a denunciation made by companies disqualified in the tender.
