Pisa, Vienna and Malta are some other places whose beauty and services have been enjoyed by the former minister Arben Ahmetaj with the money of Klodian Zoto, the owner of the incinerator concession company.
If the documents published in December 2022 confirmed that Zoto paid for the hotel accommodation of Ahmetaj's girlfriend (Erjola Hoxha), the invoices published today confirm that Klodian Zoto of the incinerators also covered the trips of Ahmetaj's first wife, Albina Mançka, as and of Ahmetaj himself.
After Ahmetaj signed on April 14, 2014 for the concession of the incinerators in the capacity of the Minister of Economy and then transferred the public funds in the capacity of the Minister of Finance, Zoto returned the restaurant, covering the expenses to Ahmetaj, his wife Albina in letters Manca and his girlfriend, Erjola Hoxha, with whom he has three daughters.
Klodian Zoto's payments for covering the trips and accommodation in 5-star hotels of Ahmetaj and his wife belong to the period 2015-2016. With the money of the incinerators, the couple Ahmetaj-Mançka have visited the touristic symbols of Europe.
Travel and accommodation in luxury hotels coincide with arrivals and departures marked in the TIMS system.
Surprisingly, even these corrupt payments did not make an 'impression' on the two prosecutors Eneid Nakuçi and Klodian Braho, during the disassembly of Klodian Zoto's three computers and phone in March 2022.
From 2013 to 2018, Klodia Zoto made 10 payments worth thousands for travel and accommodation in 5-star hotels of Arben Ahmetaj and his two wives, in Bucharest, Milan, Frankfurt, France, Milan, Monte Carlo, etc. (These documented payments are only the tip of the iceberg).
The two prosecutors of the case, Klodian Braho and Eneid Nakuçi, have deliberately covered up this evidence of corruption, diverting the investigations, abusing their duties, undermining equality before the law, violating trust in SPAK and charging persons with a peripheral role with criminal responsibility.
Not only that. Payments of the same nature have been ascertained by the investigators and have become part of the investigation file for Etleva Kondin, former director of concessions at the Ministry of Energy and member of the Bid Evaluation Commission for the incinerators of Elbasan and Fier. Kondi was taken as a defendant by SPAK.
The criminal and criminal procedural law has been applied to the former middle-level official Etleva Kondin, but not to the high-level official Arben Ahmetaj. The only flagrant corrupt fact in the history of the incinerators case was the payments to Klodian Zoto. The most important fact is hidden.
The scandal was deepened by SPAK's Prosecutor, Alfred Shehu, who, instead of conducting a basic verification of the claims in the report, has made an unprecedented essay, talking about psychological issues, feelings, knowledgeable competences and inner convictions of two prosecutors.
Alfred Shehu's decision is at least in a conflict of interest, compromising and in flagrant opposition to some unifying decisions of the Supreme Court, which emphasized that a file cannot be closed without starting an investigation.
Not selective justice, but equality before the law!
