Tirana Police informs that they have arrested 20-year-old Mustafa Idrizi, who in a video that went viral on the network, he appeared abusing a dog where he tied him with a wire around his neck and rolled in the air.

Official sources suggest that after being escorted to the police station, the 20-year-old was released again and was placed under investigation for the criminal offense of "Animal Abuse". The materials in his charge were forwarded to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. The criminal code provides that animal cruelty is punishable by a fine or up to 6 months in prison.

Mustafa Idrizi seems to prefer to pose as a rapper from the photos published on social networks, while there is also a photo where he appears with a mask and a machete in his hand.
