The Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction has informed today that the new member of the judging panel has been appointed for the trial of Ervin Salianj and Jetmir Olldash, in connection with the "Babale" case where they are accused of defamation.

On the basis of the electronic lottery, the case fell to judge relator, Elona Toro, who thus takes the place of Edlira Petri.

Following the communication, on the criminal case with the defendants Jetmir Olldashi and Ervin Salianji, accused of committing the criminal offense "False report" carried out in cooperation, provided by articles 305 and 25 of the Criminal Code, victim/complainant of the criminal offense, citizen Geron (Agron) Xhafaj, the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, informs you as follows:

Today, on 16.03.2023, the aforementioned criminal case was drawn between two members of the panel composed of judges Genti Shala and Elona Toro.

On the basis of the electronic lottery, the case fell to judge relator Elona Toro.
