Police have arrested a 34-year-old man who, while intoxicated, fired a gun into the air from a car.

The incident occurred on "George Bush" Street, and the police say that after receiving the report, they began searching for the perpetrators.

The latter, a 34-year-old from Bulqiza, identified as Muharrem Peti, threw the gun into a river in the Laknas area after firing it.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the shooting.

The services of Police Station No. 5, after receiving a report that a citizen had fired a gun from the vehicle he was driving on "George Bush" Street, immediately organized the work with the aim of capturing and arresting the suspected perpetrator.

Following quick and professional actions, citizen MP, 34 years old, resident of Bulqiza, was captured and arrested.

This citizen is suspected of having shot in the air, with a pistol, after midnight, on the street, while intoxicated, and then thrown it into a river in Laknas. There were no injuries from the shooting.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
