NAME/ Who is the 'ARCHITECT' who took 70 thousand euros from the

Shpëtim Hidra, part of the group who were removed as high officials in social networks, was caught red-handed taking 70,000 euros from a businessman in Tirana.

52-year-old Shpëtim Hida used social networks to request large sums of money from businessmen, after presenting himself to them as a senior official of a state institution. The businessman in Tirana is suspected to be not the only one who has fallen prey to this fraud.

The 52-year-old man was arrested after the investigation being carried out by the prosecutor's office of Tirana during the last 5 months for the attack on a group of personalities who appear on social networks as high officials, taking millions of lek from businessmen.

Another operation to crack down on the criminal activity of fraud, with the aim of benefiting from significant monetary values, is finalized.

The next operation, coded "Architect", in the wake of 4 other operations finalized during the last 5 months, after the information provided by the Police through informational intelligence and the awareness of citizens to denounce such cases.

A 52-year-old man who was caught in the act of defrauding a citizen (businessman) of 70,000 euros was arrested.

70,000 euros, a vehicle and a mobile device are seized.

Unit "E" for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes in the Investigative Directorate in the Criminal Police Department in the DPPSH, in cooperation with the Tirana Local Police Directorate and the Directorate of the Special Operational Force in the DPPSH, under the direction of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, thanks to the increase of trust of the citizens, to report to the police structures, cases of criminal activity with the aim of benefiting from monetary values, based on the information provided by the information intelligence, has successfully organized and finalized another operation to attack this criminal activity. 

Gjatë operacionit policor të koduar "Arkitekti", shërbimet e Policisë kanë kapur në flagrancë shtetasin Sh. H., 52 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, gjatë kohës që po i merrte shumën 70 000 euro, një shtetasi (biznesmen), të cilin e kishte mashtruar në komunikimet në rrjetet sociale, duke iu prezatuar si zyrtar i lartë i një institucioni shtetëror. Shuma 70 000 euro u sekuestrua në cilësinë e provës materiale, së bashku me një automjet dhe një aparat celular.   

Nga veprimet hetimore dyshohet se 52-vjeçari ka mashtruar edhe shtetas të tjerë, në komunikimet në rrjetet sociale, duke i kërkuar para atyre, pasi iu prezantohej si zyrtar i lartë i një institucioni shtetëror.   

Vijon puna hetimore për dokumentimin e plotë të veprimtarisë kriminale të këtij shtetasi. Materialet i kaluan Prokurorisë së Tiranës, për veprën penale “Mashtrimi”.
