According to Blendi Fevzi, the results in Shkodër and Kamze were the biggest surprises in these local elections. He said that according to the data, the SP received the same votes as in the previous elections, but on the other hand, the number of DP voters was significantly reduced. According to him, the low turnout in the elections was also expected and the atmosphere was noticeable throughout the campaign.

"I believe that the biggest surprises were in my judgment Kamza and Shkodra, where this result was not expected. Kukës also had a kind of dilemma, but it was more controversial. I thought there would be a balance. We also bear in mind that from these data that have come out, SP did not receive extra votes. It has kept its votes. The number of PD voters has been significantly reduced. It is similar to the result of 2017 where the SP did not get any more votes than the 2013 elections, but the votes that voted for the DP fell. It's the same scenario. No opposition voters came out. We are at the lowest level of participation in elections. It was to be expected. The atmosphere was extremely dull. "Political shows decreased the audience by 10 points overnight," said Fevziu.

The journalist said that Albanian politics has a problem of lack of authenticity. He emphasized that politicians cannot treat the people like lolos. He said that the campaign in these elections had no inspiration, while SP only defended the result without being aggressive. Also, he said that the negative campaign did not work for the opposition.

"Politics is no longer true. The main problem of politics is the lack of authenticity. Politicians cannot treat the electorate as a lolo that they can play and mock as they like. They cannot come and tell tales that they themselves know will be verified 3 or 4 days later. This story must die in Albania if we want to have a greater response from the electorate. There was no inspiration, no charisma in general. SP kept it in the tones of a man who only defends the result, but there is no need to be aggressive. From this point of view, there was also a second problem which, in my opinion, has resulted in huge costs. The negative campaign has not worked in Albania. We know, especially not accompanied by a positivist campaign. PD supported the national campaign only on negativism, only on the accusations against Rama", said Fevziu.
