Albania sends the person wanted for narco-trafficking, sentenced to about 15 years of imprisonment in absentia by the justice of the neighboring country, to Italy from Rinas airport.

Interpol Tirana confirmed the procedure and the arrest by counterparts from the neighboring country today (August 19), of 48-year-old Armand Dani, who had a second identity as Armand Isaj, a resident of Shkodër.

The sentence against him was given a year ago by the Court of Novara, as he has to suffer the remaining 12 years of isolation. He is accused of buying and selling narcotics from other countries, mainly the Netherlands, for the Italian market. In 2017, a quantity of cocaine was also found in his apartment.
