For the three,  the Elbasan Prosecution  has requested the security measure " Arrest in prison ".

The prosecution says that the investigation revealed that the prison police officer, in order to camouflage his illegal activity, sold used phones and other valuables during off-duty hours.

Right at the place where he sold, he would receive orders from relatives of detainees and send them to the prison.

During the investigation into this activity, the prosecution discovered that the police officer was also supplying the detainees with narcotics in exchange for payment.

The prosecution says that Kroi carried out this activity during the third shift and on Saturdays and Sundays, when there were no administrative personnel in the institution.

The investigation revealed that in carrying out this activity, he collaborated with citizen Esmeralda Komici , who paid him to introduce narcotics into the prison, for amounts ranging from 100-200 thousand old lek.

The police officer gave the drugs she received from Komici to her boyfriend, Gerald Stamolla , who then sold them in prison.

These three people are charged with: Production and sale of narcotics and Introducing or possessing prohibited items into a prison sentence execution institution.
