The victim and the perpetrator

The Kosovo police have arrested Dibran Hoxhajn, known as "Cobra", as the perpetrator of the crime recorded in the early hours of this morning in a bar on the outskirts of Prizren where 31-year-old Visart Cengu was killed and 27-year-old was injured. Rufgen Shehu, both from Kukësi.

It is suspected that Dibran Hoxhaj shot at them when they were trying to get into the car to leave, after the fight in the bar.

But, apart from Dibran Hoxhaj, the Kosovar authorities accompanied 5 other people who have been detained for 48 hours.

More specifically, it is about citizens:

Enver Amrllahi, 35 years old
Jesmir Badallaj 46 years old
Burim Mazreku 28 years old
Arben Vezaj 38 years old
Kujtim Gashi 39 years old

According to the witnesses, the cause of the start of the conflict is suspected to have been a bill of around 400 euros that was not paid by the young people from Kuksia.
