After a few months of pause, the opposition returned to protest today, demanding the resignation of Belinda Balluku and Edi Rama, as well as the creation of a caretaker government.
Regarding the SPAK file against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, journalist Elton Qyno said tonight on Top Story that the government's number two defendant's rapid removal from the criminal proceedings occurred under the circumstances as the offense would have been statute-barred in December after the deadlines had passed.
He underlined that for Balluk, in addition to the Llogara tunnel file, there may be other criminal files, which could further aggravate the position of the government's number two.
According to him, investigative actions have not been completed for other criminal facts, which means that Balluku may be subject to further charges.
Qyno also criticized SPAK, while pointing out what he said was an absurd fact. He said that even though he is a journalist, he has a security measure from SPAK, while Balluku is moving freely.
"Absurd, as a journalist I have security measures, while Balluku moves freely about the Llogara Tunnel," Qyno said ironically.
