Arben Ahmetaj has reacted to news that a new investigation has been launched against him for a 3 million euro transfer, and that the Ministry of Justice has recently requested his extradition.
Ahmetaj says both are untrue. According to him, the extradition request was made two years ago. He also denies having made any transfers, for which he was told he is being investigated for money laundering.
Full reaction:
According to him, this noise was made intentionally "by the regime" to divert attention from the scandals.
Regarding today's false news that the Ministry of Justice has submitted a new extradition request, I would like to clarify the following:
1. The extradition request was made urgently over two years ago on August 18, 2023. The law stipulates that only one request can be made. And if there was one, it would be in the wake of the smoke…
2. The pseudo-transfer has been under investigation for over a year and the prosecutor knows full well that there is no transfer between me and anyone else, let alone the businessmen or businessman in question. Let it remain as a challenge!!! The letter of intent is "translated" very quickly.
3. Why is the noise intentionally initiated by the regime??? Quite simple! To divert attention from the recent mega scandals and from collaboration with organized crime and drug cartels.
4. More details, to follow….
