Andrew Bode, suspected of being the executor of businessman Edmond Papa, entered into a fraternity pact 3 weeks before committing the crime, as a sign of revenge for the murder of Aleksandër Sadikaj, known as Sanco. The Tirana Prosecutor's Office requested the sentence of 30 years in prison for Boden in the capacity of the executor and 25 years in prison for the defendant Albano Velo in the capacity of an accomplice in the murder of the Pope, 3 years ago.

In the prosecutor's file that evidences the evidence for the guilt of the defendants, the moment that is considered a bond of brotherhood between the defendant and Adriatik Kalemi, the cousin of Aleksandër Sadikaj, is also emphasized.

A video dated November 27, 2022, was discovered on the mobile phone, showing the defendant Andreu Bode, Andrea Adriatik Kalemi and Artur Kalemi, who drink each other's blood in the form of brotherhood", the prosecution emphasizes. 3 weeks after this event, on the evening of December 16, 2022, Edmond Para was killed on the veranda of a bar in Kodra e Diellit, near the house of his brother Kristo Qirici.

The prosecution also identifies another video discovered on Velo's cell phone dated November 13, 2022, where the defendant Andreu Bode and Adriatik Kalemi are holding an item that appears to be a pistol firearm. The suspicions are that Bode and Velo acted on behalf of Adriatik Kalem, with whom they had constant contacts and strong social ties with him. On the day of the incident, it turns out that they frequented the places where he does business. The prosecution says that Bode and Velo observed the victim for days, even when he had lunch, as well as when he traveled from Lushnja to Fier and vice versa, reports Bw.

To hide the traces, Bode used rented cars, while Velo used the same vehicle with changed license plates. According to the prosecution, after the arrest, Velo tried to hide his acquaintance with Boden, but was betrayed by the phone, as during his examination numerous photographs of the two and a photograph of businessman Edmond Papa were found.

The Sadikaj-Kalemi-Papa revenge saga began after the brutal execution with explosives of Aleksandër Sadikaj near TEG on June 11, 2022. In December, Edmond Pope was executed in revenge. Adriatik Kalemi survived an assassination attempt in Greece, while his brother Zamiri survived another assassination attempt in Tirana. In the summer of 2024, 70-year-old Shyqyri Kalemi, the father of the Adriatik brothers and Zamir Kalemi, was killed in an assassination attempt in Memaliaj. The waiter of the bar Gledian Muka and the customer Marsel Çela were also victims, who had nothing to do with the clash between the parties.
