Extradited from Italy Agron Tufa/ Killed Casey Hysa with a bullet to the head

Following successive operations with partners, for the capture and extradition of citizens declared internationally wanted, citizen Agron Tufa, 52 years old, resident of Nikël, was extradited from Italy to Albania.

This citizen was captured in Bari, Italy, in January 2024, during the coded police operation "Information", finalized as a result of the exchange of information between the State Police and the Italian Police.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, since in 2021, the Court of Kruja sentenced him to 30 years of imprisonment, for intentional murder committed in cooperation and for illegal possession of weapons.

Citizen Agron Tufa, in cooperation with citizen HR, killed citizen KH with firearms in Nikël, Krujë, and then burned his body.

Who is Casey Hysa?

Kejsi Hysa was executed in July 2018. He was known in Kruja as a usurer, as he gave loans in search of interest. The 34-year-old who was tried in Saranda on the charge of murder, and was wanted, was at large in this area in Kruja, which, according to the Prosecutor's Office, he carried out criminal activity in the field of drug trading and managed a bar called "Nikla" bar.

It was in this bar that he met Hysni Rama, with whom he had established a close relationship and social trust, occasionally giving him quantities of drugs to keep in his apartment. For this service, Hysni Rama paid 100 to 200 euros.

But the last time he gave him 50 kg of drugs to keep, was not successful, as according to Hysni Rama's claim, the quantity of drugs was stolen from him by unidentified persons.

When Kejvi Hysa became aware of this fact, he started blackmailing and threatening to kill him, if Rama did not give him 15,000 euros.

They had a last meeting to clarify and give a part of the money, and Hysni Rama told him that he had managed to collect only 1 million old lek, Casey revolted and shouted and then cursed him.

They fought with each other and Hysa took out the pistol and put it to his head, after walking a few meters according to the detainee, a gunshot was heard and Casey fell to the ground. Hysa was shot by Agron Tufa, who was a mutual friend of Hysa and Rama. After seeing that Casey is dead they decide to bury him and then go and play pool.
