The police of Shkodra have revealed new details about the event that took place on Sunday morning in Vrakë in Malësi e Madhe. According to her, the incident happened at the entrance of a bar.

The suspected perpetrator Lul Rakaj shot two other people, namely Besmir Qofi, Avenir Hasanaj, who are currently in the regional hospital of Shkodra.

Currently, the circumstances of the incident are still unknown, while the investigative group has surrounded the area and is working intensively to locate and capture the suspected perpetrator.

Police announcement: 
Around 09:45, in the village of Vrakë, at the entrance of a bar, it is suspected that the citizen Lul Rakaj injured with a firearm the citizens Besmir Qofi, Avenir Hasanaj, who were transported to the regional hospital of Shkodra for medical assistance .

The Police Services immediately went to the scene together with the investigative group and leaders of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate.

Groups of the National Security Force, Shkodër Unit, went to the help of the Local Police to catch the perpetrator and continue to control the area and in various areas where it is suspected that the suspected perpetrator may be hiding.
