New details have been revealed about the tragic incident that occurred in Paskuqan, where Halil Picari, 65 years old, employed as an electrician's assistant in a building under construction, lost his life.

According to preliminary data, he is suspected of having fallen from the eighth floor of the building and died on the spot.

The event was initially attempted to be kept out of public attention, but after VoxNews reported, the State Police reacted by announcing the arrest of the administrator of the subcontracting firm "Al Great" sh.pk, Avni Mekshi, for violating safety and protection rules at work.

What was not made public by the police is the identity of the construction company, which according to VOX NEWS sources is "Fare Bau Albania" sh.pk, with administrator Fabio Beshiri, the son of Shkëlqim (Çim) Beshiri.

Despite Albanian legislation providing for shared responsibility for safety on the construction site, no measures have been announced against the construction company so far.
