Four Kosovar holidaymakers have suffered burns after a 28-liter petrol can exploded while sailing in Himare.

Police say the injury also took the head of the skaff, 32-year-old from Vlora with the initials N.L.

Fortunately, all those injured are out of danger of life and have left the hospital after treatment.

Investigators are working on the cause of the fire.

Police notification:

At about 17:30, in the area of Drimadhës, Himare, in a boat owned by a tourist company, which had just come out to sea from the approved water corridor, it is suspected that as a result of the vacuum and heat, a can of 28 liters of gasoline exploded.

The fuel spriction suffered light burns from the citizens A.K., 24, A. H., 24, L. S. 24 and M.K., 21, fourth from Kosovo, as well as the head of the skaff, citizen N.L., 32, resident in Vlora.

All five of those citizens received first aid and then left as injuries were minor.
