Two villas in Tirana, worth 1 million Euros, have been seized by decision of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, as it is suspected that they were built with dirty money.

Tirana Police announces that the seized villas, located in the Dobresh area, are owned by 57-year-old Fran Merdhoç and his family members.

It is suspected that the seized assets have their source from the criminal activities carried out by Fran Merdhoçi, the police informs, whom the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes in Tirana has sentenced to 10 years and 6 months of imprisonment for narcotics trafficking carried out in collaboration .    

For this reason, preventive sequestration has been imposed on two villas owned by him.
