Alketa Duro denounces in "Stop" the manipulation of the accident that took the life of her 17-year-old daughter Ana. The event took place on March 15, 2019 at Borsh beach.

The two young men who were involved in the accident were in the car of the girl's family, as the families were aware of Ana's connection with the young Roberto Dhuli. That afternoon around 5:00 pm the young couple were by the beach and strangely the car spins out of control and crashes into a drainage ditch on the side of the road.

The vehicle overturned and as a result the 17-year-old lost her life, while the boy escaped. The mother of the deceased has doubts about the loss of her daughter.

"We were told that she was the girl driver and she had the accident. But many things do not relate to me in this part and I doubt it. The road is a very large width. They had the opportunity not to fall into the canal, to brake, to turn left from the sand. The other suspicion is that the boy told me he was wet. My daughter's friend, the first people who went told me it was wet. He fell into the water and was not wet. When I asked him how it was possible, he told me that a boy got me on the phone and brought me the clothes. He had put the phone in my house. The simplest way was found, that she was to blame. To prove to me justice that is as he says or is something different. I am 1000% convinced that my daughter has not been behind the wheel. "How is it possible that you did not help him together", said Duro.

The case of the accident in Borsh had to be investigated by the Vlora Prosecutor's Office, but strangely, this file was taken by Saranda with the prosecutor Lorenc Merkuri.

The latter after 4 days closed the investigation of the accident, blaming the victim. The investigation was destroyed without starting, as the body of the deceased was not autopsied, to understand the causes of death.

"No one asked me. The prosecutor when I asked for the exhumation of the girl, got up and shouted, what are these you are looking for. It turned yellow, it became a pumpkin flower. I did not understand the prosecutor's reaction. "I was present together with the lawyer", said Duro.

The Gjirokastra Appeal identified all these shortcomings. The issue of the accident in Borsh was treated as a ping-pong game, passing in Saranda, Gjirokastra, Vlora and Tirana. "Stop" learned that the case is finally in Vlora, in the hands of prosecutor Flora Çela.

"I want to tell the Albanian citizens and the gentlemen of the IOM in Tirana, those of the KLP, the General Prosecutor, the Chief Prosecutor of SPAK to investigate this issue that a crime has been covered. "A murder was committed and it was camouflaged as if it were an accident," said lawyer Zaçe Islami.
