Police authorities in Tirana finalized this Tuesday two anti-drug operations, where 48.5 kilograms of cannabis in the form of chocolate were seized.

The drugs were found hidden in an apartment and father and son, Sami and Kevin Qordja were handcuffed.

Shortly afterwards, in the Tujan area, in another apartment, police found and seized 312 grams of heroin. She was found in the house of Ramadan Qordjas who is accused of buying heroin by the kilo and then selling it in small doses.

Tirana Police Chief Lorenc Panganika, in a press conference together with the Chief Prosecutor of Tirana, Elisabeta Imeraj said that the investigation has shown that father and son trafficked, produced and sold drugs in different areas of Tirana. The same investigation showed that the other detainee sold heroin in the area of ​​Tufina, in Babrru and in the street "Myslym Keta".

In fulfillment of one of the priorities of the State Police, that of prevention, identification and crackdown on criminal activity in the field of narcotics, during noon today, by the Narcotics Investigation Section in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, in close cooperation with the Prosecution at the Tirana Judicial District Court, two anti-drug police operations, codenamed "Chocolate" and "Tujani", were successfully organized and finalized.

As part of these operations, the cannabis heroin processed in chocolate was seized, as well as illegal hunting weapons, more specifically:

The Narcotics Investigation Section at the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, after a several-day investigation with special investigation methods, conducted under the direction of the Prosecution at the Tirana Judicial District Court, at noon today, finalized the police operation codenamed "Chocolate".

In “Rexhep Tarja” street, the Police services have exercised control in the apartment owned by the citizen SQ During the control, the Police services have found and seized as material evidence about 160 packages of suspected narcotics, processed in the form of chocolate , with a total weight of 48.5 kilograms.

Në vijim të kontrollit është gjetur dhe një armë gjahu pa leje, e cila është sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale, së bashku me një automjet në përdorim të këtij shtetasi dhe dy aparate celulare. Në vijim të veprimeve u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit S. Q., 43 vjeç dhe i djalit të tij K. Menjëherë pas operacionit të koduar “Çokollata”, bazuar në informacionet e siguruara nga hetimi disaditor, është organizuar dhe finalizuar operacioni i dytë antidrogë, i koduar “Tujani”.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni, në zonën e Tujanit, shërbimet e Policisë kanë ushtruar kontroll në banesën e shtetasit R. Q., 31 vjeç, ku gjatë kontrollit, shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale 312 gramë lëndë të dyshuar narkotike të dyshuar heroinë, një armë gjahu, peshore elektronike dhe një aparat celular.

Nga hetimet e kryera ka rezultuar se babë e bir ushtronin veprimtarinë kriminale në fushën e kultivimit dhe prodhimit të narkotikëve, duke e përpunuar lëndën narkotike kanabis në formë çokollate, të cilën më pas e shisnin në zona të ndryshme të Tiranës.

Po nga hetimet ka rezultuar se shtetasi R. Q. merrej me shitjen e lëndës narkotike heroinë, në doza, të cilat i shiste në zonën e Tufinës, në Babrru dhe në rrugën “Myslym Keta”. Ky shtetas, në bashkëpunim me persona të tjerë, pasi siguronte lëndë narkotike heroinë, në sasi 1-2 kg, e ndante në doza dhe më pas e shiste.

Nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë vijon puna për identifikimin dhe kapjen e personave të tjerë të përfshirë në këtë veprimtari kriminale.
