The SPAK file on corruption with ANA tenders is bringing to light the staggering wealth of businessman Ermal Beqiri.

Investigations have revealed that the beneficiary of public funds has invested significant amounts in real estate, purchasing assets from well-known names in the business world.

According to SPAK documents, Beqiri purchased a giant property worth 2.2 million euros in April 2023.

It concerns a 967 m2 plot of land and a 212 m2 building, which he purchased from spouses Vesel and Rezarta Demiraj, owners of the company "Pelikani Security".

We recall that the Demiraj family was at the center of the news last year, after a gun attack on the car in which their minor son was traveling.

SPAK has also seized an apartment in Golem, purchased by the owner of "FAFA Resort", Fatos Çerenishti.

 These sale and purchase contracts are illuminating the path that tender money has taken, transforming into luxury assets in the most coveted areas of the country.
