Yes, according to the "Pamphlet", on September 28, 2013, the company "Kurum" was captured in the Port of Durrës , with out-of-service warships bought in Montenegro for scrap; which he had smuggled to Durrës, but 6 ships left, while the ship "Tabakosky" and the tugboat " Aleks 1 " were seized.

Emiljano Gjepali and Eduard Kulla were arrested for smuggling . VoxNews has sent several questions to the Kurum company , but so far there has been no response.
