Document/ Member of the KPP, Kreshnik Tërnova, is not under investigation!

An official document from the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has refuted claims recently spread in the media that Kreshnik Ternova is a person under investigation by this institution.

The certificate issued by SPAK, after verifications carried out in the criminal offense notification register, clearly states that no criminal proceedings have been registered in the name of Kreshnik Ternova.

Document/ Member of the KPP, Kreshnik Tërnova, is not under investigation!

"The document from the Special Prosecution Office confirms that after verifications carried out in the criminal record, it turns out that there is no criminal record against me in the name of Kreshnik Ternova, born in 1985," Ternova said.

This was stated by the member of the Public Procurement Committee, Kreshnik Tërnova, at the hearing session in the Laws Committee, where the annual report of the Public Procurement Committee's activities for 2025 was discussed.

To support his statement, Turnova also presented a document to the committee members.

Everything after questions from Democratic MP Saimir Korreshi, regarding the "AKSHI" file, stating that Tërnova is in criminal proceedings at SPAK for violating equality in tenders, and that the deputy chairman of the KPP, Fiorent Zguro, is in criminal proceedings for the Gerond Meçe case.
