A 35-year-old Albanian man, who was accused of beating his partner outside a bar, thought that he had given up on her, as the woman testified that she did not want her partner to be prosecuted. But he will face justice again.

The event shocked an entire neighborhood, while it was previously reported that the Albanian and the woman had drunk so much that they did not remember anything. The episode between the 35-year-old and his new partner, both unidentified by name, happened on Saturday morning, a few meters away from a bar in the area.

According to reports, the woman went to the bar with her partner and a friend, then they argued and that's where the physical violence started. Fortunately for the woman, a couple was passing by the area where the incident happened. The man followed the attacker from behind and caught him, while the woman stayed with the injured until the ambulance arrived.

However, even though he was forgiven once, the Albanian seems to continue and commit abusive behavior, as can be seen from the indictment filed by the Criminal Court of Volos. The accused is sitting in the dock again on Tuesday, while the indictment lists four criminal offenses. " I will ****, I will take the child ," he reportedly said to his partner while beating her. 

But even though she forgave him, the Albanian will face justice again. A month ago, the 26-year-old had moved to a safe place, away from home. He even complained about violence in the media: Don't believe it, you will soon report on me. It will kill me./ Protothema
