Because the two collaborators Dumani and Alla do not match each other, a few days ago SPAK prosecutors held a confrontation session between Klevis Alla, the first collaborator of SPAK, and Nuredin Duman, the 4th collaborator, that SPAK is in the criminal file, which talks about several murders in Durrës, Rrogozhinë and Elbasan.

3 of the four confessions that Klevis Alla gave from April 2020 until today, he repeatedly accuses that the perpetrators of the murder of the Haxhiaj brothers, Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia, were himself, Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela.

Alla says that in both cases he was aware of the murder and was the protagonist. Even in the case of the execution of the Haxhiaj brothers, he says that he was the driver of the "Toyota" car that Nuredin Dumani had taken from Plaurent Dervishaj in Durrës.

But as executors in this serious crime, Alla determines in his 3 testimonies that the people who shot were Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela. On the other hand, in the testimony that Nuredin Dumani himself gave to the prosecutors and where he shows the murder of the Haxhiaj brothers, he confesses that he himself did their murder together with Henrik Hoxhaj and Klevis Alla, whom they called "Çapaçul".

This fact is also shown by the third collaborator of this file, Henrik Hoxhaj, avoiding Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci from participation in the crime and criminal responsibility.

In the 3 testimonies that Klevis Alla gave to the prosecution, where only on April 30, 2020 he was asked twice by the prosecutor Gëzim Veizi and the officer Lorenc Dervishi, he shows that the murder of 4 people was committed by Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci.

Këto dëshmi Alla, i ka dhënë në një kohë kur ai para se të arrestohej nga policia, ishte takuar me Nuredin Dumanit, dhe mund të jetë instruktuar prej tij, mbi qëndrimin që duhet të mbante.

Pasi dhe vetë Dumani ishte në dijeni që Klevis Allën e thërrisnin në polici dhe e pyesnin për vrasjen e dy vëllezërve. Vetëm në dëshminë e 4, të dhënë në datën 26 shkurt 2021 para prokurorëve Altin Dumani dhe Doloreza Musabelliu, Klevis Alla, ka përfshirë Nuredin Dumanin si ekzekutor të vëllezërve Haxhiaj, Dorian Shkozës dhe Anxhelo Avdisë, OraNews.

Por megjithëse Alla ka qënë në të njëjtën makinë me vrasësit, çuditërisht ai nuk ka përmendur në asnjë rresht të 4 dëshmive të tij, emrin e Henrik Hoxhaj, i cili në rëfimin e tij pranon se ka vrarë bashku me Dumanin vëllezërit në Durrës dhe së bashku me Eljo Bitrin kanë vrarë Dorian Shkozën dhe Anxhelo Avdinë.

Në këtë dëshmi të katërt, Klevis Alla, thotë se në makinën tip “Toyota”, ndodhej ai vetë në timon, Nuredin Dumani në sediljen e parë, ndërsa Talo Çela dhe Altin Ndoci ndodheshin me automatikë në sediljen e pasme.

Por edhe ky moment ka ngritur për prokurorët mjaft pikëpyetje në vërtetësinë e deklaratave të Allës, pasi dy bashkëpunëtorët e tjerë, Nuredin Dumani dhe Henrik Hoxhaj, tregojnë se në këtë periudhë ata kërkonin me insistim lokalizimin dhe vrasjen e Talo Çelës dhe Altin Ndocit.
