The member of the Special Appeal Board (KPA) Ardian Hajdari was taken as a defendant by GJKKO.

The member of the second degree of vetting is accused by SPAK of concealing tax income and not declaring assets to ILKDPI while exercising the duty of a lawyer.

Hajdari was criminally charged in June 2020 by former magistrates Antoneta Sevdari, Elsion Sadiku and Ervin Metalla.

The same report has been made for the other former member of the KPA, Luan Daci, who has already received the sentence from GJKKO and was then dismissed from his post. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison converted to a year of probation and the condition that he not exercise public functions.

SPAK's investigations convinced the Special Court against the Crime of Corruption and the Appeal of GJKKO to convict Luan Daci on the charge of forgery.

Now there are only 5 members left in the Special Appeals College, since according to the law Ardian Hajdari was suspended from office.
