Claims about the properties have become the cause of a fight in the Tanku family in Fier. The elderly Marie Tanku claims that she was raped by her son and daughter-in-law.
Her son and his wife had come from Italy. In an interview for Fax News, Marie Tanku says that the boy is trying to take her house by means of false documents. According to her, the house was inherited by the girl before her husband passed away.
"The boy hit me because of the property. The bride did not want the son to have a relationship with us. It's my house and they punched me, the bride picked me up and crushed me. The boy hit me and I screamed: help! Then they left and left me there. They want to have their house and they did it with fake documents. If I lie, hang me in the middle of the bazaar, make an example. I left the inheritance to our maid, with documents and more. Before he died, the man left a bequest to the girl, so that the girl would be the owner of the house and submitted the documents. They can say many things and I made the house with my husband. Don't fake it, without my signature and my husband's. The boy got married and fled to Italy. You look at things, who is right, me or him. They came to kill me, " she said.
On the other hand, the uncle's son says that his cousin had returned from Italy and booked a return ticket as he is suffering from cancer. He says that the cousin did not violate the mother, thus rejecting the claims of the elderly woman.
According to him, the house, for which there was a fight, turns out to be owned by the cousin and this, as he said, is proven by means of the property deed.
"The lady shows that there is no sign of violence. The uncle's son has been arrested. The police were forced to do so without evidence and without facts. arrest him. The uncle's son spent two days in the dungeon. They are aware [of the disease] because these are facts. These are the messages that the sister wishes to be gone, but the mother also knew this. Even the neighborhood knew that he has cancer. That house is a deed of ownership in the name of my uncle's son", he emphasized.
