Rexhep Rapi , known as 'Kep Rapi', was arrested by the special forces of Tirana by order of SPAK.
His arrest was made this morning at his residence in Sukth.
It is learned that Kep Arapi is suspected of having been involved in an attempted murder together with Dedan Gjon, the former head of police station no. 6 in Tirana.
His nephew and a former police officer were also arrested as part of the operation.
