Testimony of Henrik Hoxhaj: Bujar Çela seemed to me a jerk, I did not

The testimony of one of the penitents of justice, Henrik Hoxhaj, who was arrested together with Nuredin Dumani on March 29 in Fier, has been uncovered. He has confessed his version regarding the murder of Bujar Cela in 2020.

Henrik Hoxhaj in his testimony before SPAK, reports that at the end of September 2020, Nuredin Dumani asked him to carry out in Elbasan the murder of Bujar Çela, Talo Cela's brother. For this murder, Dumani had offered Henrik Hoxhaj a sum of 60 thousand euros.

Initially, Henrik Hoxhaj testified that he had accepted the job and had started collecting data on the next target. According to Henrik Hoxhaj, he followed Bujar Çela while he was working as a taxi driver in the city.

He adds that the person in question seemed haughty and so he himself was not predisposed to do it as a job, and for this reason he postponed the commission of the murder. After some time, Nuredin Dumani, testifies Henrik Hoxhaj, sent him an SMS saying that he did Cela's job.

"At one point I suspected that Nuredin Dumani had killed Talon, but on television I saw that he had killed Bujar Cela, which I had not done as a message," Henrik Hoixhaj is said to have said.

Regarding the event that took place on September 17, 2020, Nuredin Dumani also confessed his version of the murder of Talo Çela's brother.
