An Albanian drug dealer who travelled to the UK on a small boat has been jailed for 20 years after stabbing a fellow countryman to death following a momentary argument.

22-year-old Kozma Papa stabbed and repeatedly stabbed Bledi Petraj, 37, in the chest shortly before 2:00 PM on February 4.

The violent attack took place in Enfield, after Petraj refused to shake hands with the Pope at a nearby cafe in Southgate, North London.

The 22-year-old Pope illegally arrived in Britain by boat in September 2022 and later applied for asylum. At the time of the murder, he had not yet been granted asylum.

According to British authorities, Kozma Papa was also involved in drug distribution.
