Është pyetur Dezi Arapi, e cila ka deklaruar se:

Por prej datës 14 Tetor, gjykata e Korçës ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “arrest në burg” me afat 30 ditor për Durim Stafën. Ndërsa vëllai i tij, Resmi Stafa është shpallur në kërkim.
