The Director General of Prisons, Sadleva Bodo, has decided to delegate her powers for a few days to Deputy Director Anesti Kapllani.

The delegation comes after the decision that stirred Albanian politics, to transfer Erion Veliaj from Durrës prison to Fier.

In the following letter, it is announced that Bodo delegates his powers to Deputy Director Kapllani, starting this morning, until November 1st.

At the moment, the reasons for the transfer of powers to her deputy are unknown, but Bodo completed the main "work", that of transferring Veliaj from Durres to Fieri, and now, these days, she can rest easy.
