Ilir Mengra, the former head of the regional directorate of Road Transport in Tirana has been appointed head of the General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR).

He has thus replaced Blendi Gonxhe, who has already been appointed Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation.

While Afrim Tole is appointed head of the regional directorate of DPSHTRR in Tirana. He replaces Ilir Mangra in this position.
