During one week, the Traffic Police suspended 149 driving licenses and arrested 44 drivers after violating the Traffic Rules.

"149 driving licenses were suspended for speeding over the permitted rates, for driving under the influence of alcohol/in a drunken state, and for driving in the opposite direction. 44 drivers were arrested, of these 28 for driving while intoxicated and 16 for driving without a driving license," the Traffic Police announced.

Also, thanks to the prevention of road accidents in the entire country, the police have imposed about 23,259 administrative measures, mainly for speeding beyond the permitted norms.
