This Saturday, 14-year-old VT appeared before the black squads, after a firearm and a quantity of combat ammunition were found on his person just 24 hours ago.

The First Instance Court in Vlora has decided to change the security measure for the 14-year-old from prison arrest to mandatory reporting.

The 14-year-old's defense attorney, Xhoana Hyka, explained that the court made this decision based on the juvenile law, where a 14-year-old is considered too young to bear criminal responsibility.

Bardhosh Tozaj, the father of the 14-year-old, after the end of the court session, thanked the institutions for their cooperation, which, according to him, prevented a criminal incident.

Tozaj called on parents to be careful and to report anything suspicious about their children. The court hearing was held in the presence of the minor and the psychologist.

The 14-year-old told the court that he found the pistol in an abandoned building and kept it after he and some friends made a video in the mountains for TikTok.

He said during the hearing that he felt remorse for the incident.
